The song played on the stereo reminds us, the moment first that we danced cheek to cheek
In some old lonely dancing room in Chelsea, with people thinkin’ they’ve got this world beat
On Sunday nights when this old town gets lonely, we’ve still got wine and pizza down the street

I wish it didn’t feel like the devil’s due every time that you leave after passin’ through
